With over 15 years of experience at KW Metropolitan Nicole Castillo can safely say she loves The Met. In 2005 she began working as an unlicensed assistant for then agent, current day Team Leader, Kenneth Zarella. Through the years she's worked the Front Desk, covered Agent Services, briefly even took on the role of Assistant MCA (VERY briefly!), and today she works a hybrid role of Executive Assistant to the Team Leader and Director of Growth.
